Carl F. Gould

Architect Carl F. Gould (1873-1939) was one of the major shapers of modern Seattle. In the early part of the century he was responsible for some of the cities most distinguished homes and public buildings. He and his partner Charles Hubert Bebb developed the University of Washington campus plan and designed and executed many of its finest buildings, Including the renowned Suzzallo Library and Henry Art Gallery.
